We are always looking to expand our pool of facilitators.
Facilitators partner with Emotus Operandi as independent contractors, and must be skilled, confident professionals with experience in group facilitation, organizational development and/or professional coaching. A familiarity with emotional dynamics or emotional intelligence is a major asset.
Facilitators always work in teams of three and are responsible for:
- organizing, promoting, and hosting a Jump Start Session;
- organizing and hosting an adequate number of ReGroup Sessions to accommodate new participants;
- organizing and hosting a final Renew and Review session; and
- administrative details associated with tracking and communicating with program participants.
Facilitators work on three month contracts with Emotus Operandi and are paid a fixed-fee for services. Facilitators also have opportunities to work as personal coaches with program participants and to develop and/or present training workshops on special skills for additional compensation.
All facilitators must go through an approval and training process to be fully familiarized with the unique Emotus Operandi process and methods.
